We process orders within 1–2 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the US, 5–10 to Canada, 6–12 to Europe and the UK, and 8–16 to the rest of the world. Every parcel ships tracked. Full details are on our shipping page.
Yes. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $80 USD or more ship free, worldwide. Below that, shipping is calculated by destination and weight and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees set by your destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These are charged and collected by your local customs authority — not by Fltextile— and aren’t included in the price you pay us. If you’re unsure what you might owe, check with your local customs office before ordering.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first carrier scan to appear. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, email support@fltextile.shop and we’ll look into it.
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. To start, email support@fltextile.shop with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Full details are on our returns page.
Custom-printed and personalised pieces are made to order and are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, opened hair accessories and other items worn against the skin can’t be returned once the seal is opened. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Faulty items can always be returned, whatever the category.
Yes. Our silk pieces are made from genuine 100% mulberry silk — the long, fine fibre prized for its soft hand and light-catching drape, never polyester pretending to be silk. Most of our silk scarves are woven at 14 momme, a weight that balances a fluid drape with everyday durability. Our wraps and bandanas use breathable cotton, and each product page lists its exact composition.
To keep colours bright and fibres soft, follow the care label on each piece. As a general guide for silk:
- Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent, or dry clean.
- Do not bleach, and avoid harsh stain removers.
- Don’t wring or twist — press gently and roll in a towel to remove water.
- Dry flat away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Iron on a low, silk setting, ideally on the reverse side.
Cotton wraps and bandanas can usually be machine washed cool on a gentle cycle — always check the label first.
Pure silk and natural fibres are well tolerated by most people, but sensitivities do happen. If you have a known silk, wool or textile allergy, or sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before wearing a piece for a full day, and discontinuing use if you notice any irritation. Check the composition on each product page, and if you have a serious allergy, please consult your doctor. This guidance is general and not a substitute for medical advice.
Sizes vary by style, so the exact dimensions are listed on every product page. As a rough guide, our classic silk squares are around 90 × 90 cm — versatile enough to knot at the neck, wrap through your hair, tie to a bag or fold into a pocket. Twillies and skinny scarves are longer and narrower, while cotton wraps are larger for full coverage. Pocket squares are sized for a jacket breast pocket.
Yes — we love bespoke and bulk projects, from event favours to corporate gifting and custom prints. Tell us what you have in mind on our custom & bulk inquiry page and we’ll come back with options, lead times and pricing. Please note custom and personalised orders are made to order and non-returnable.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, plus PayPal. Payments are processed securely by these providers — we never see or store your full card details. Your card statement will show the charge as FLTEXTILE ACCESSORY, so it’s easy to recognise. All prices are in USD.
We do. Many orders can be boxed and ribboned for gifting — choose gift wrapping at checkout, and add a short message and we’ll write it on a card. Gift sets arrive ready to give, with no pricing on the packing slip.
